Hi, I'm Vanessa.
Why I Created This
I created Return to Center because many people feel like yoga isn't for them.
Not enough time.
Not flexible enough.
Too complicated.
Too fast.
I wanted a simpler way.
A way to soothe the body.
Build strength.
Release tension.
Listen.
Breathe.
Refresh.
In some recent challenging seasons of my own life, including injury, stress, and overwhelm, these are the kinds of practices I've returned to most often.
Simple.
Supportive.
Small practices.
Meaningful change.
This is the deck I wish I'd had.
It's the deck I use today.
Accessible options throughout (chairs, blocks, straps, pillows)
Practice at your own pace. Use one card or many. No experience required.
Each category offers a different path back to yourself, through breath, movement, strength, expansion and self-discovery.
