My name is Vanessa. I’ve been practicing yoga since 2013 and teaching since 2020.
What I love most about teaching yoga is helping people discover that it doesn’t have to be complicated to be powerful. My style is gentle, adaptable, and rooted in presence.
I meet each student where they are, whether they’re rebuilding after injury, feeling weighed down by stress, or simply needing a moment of pause. My hope is that every practice leaves you feeling grounded, nourished, and at peace --- wherever your day takes you next.

It teaches us to use our bodies skillfully --- caring for our joints, balancing strength and flexibility, and honoring the truth that this is our one and only body! With practice, we grow stronger and steadier and body, mind, and spirit.
