We’ll begin with a short conversation to explore your health history, goals, and current needs. Then we’ll move into a 60-minute gentle yoga practice tailored just for you. The pace is supportive, never rushed.

You don’t need to bring anything unless you prefer to use your own mat or props. At the studio, I provide mats, blocks, straps, and wipes for hands and feet. Just come as you are, with clean hands and feet, and avoid eating for at least an hour beforehand.

Not at all. These sessions are designed for real people, not perfect poses. Whether you’re a beginner or returning to movement after time away, you’ll be met with care and clear guidance.

No problem — I’ve got you covered. Mats and props are provided at the studio. If we’re practicing at your home, I can bring everything you need.
