In just twelve minutes, we’ll explore simple movements to reconnect your feet, legs, and hips, ease stiffness, and restore circulation. It’s a beautiful way to refresh your lower body and reset your energy, especially if you spend a lot of time sitting or living with chronic tightness.

Why focus on the hips and lymphatic flow?
The hips are a central crossroads of movement and energy. They affect how we walk, sit, and even how our breath travels through the body. When we sit for long periods, lymph flow slows, circulation becomes sluggish, and our tissues can feel heavy or compressed.
By combining small, mindful movements with steady breathing, we help the fascia (the body’s connective web) rehydrate and glide more freely — supporting both mobility and gentle detoxification.
